Visit and Covid-19 information

Opening - Season 2022

We are very pleased to welcome you again this year from May 1, 2022.

Some information

Visitors are free to make their own way around with one of our brochures, available in 10 languages (French, English, German, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, Portugese, Russian, Japanese, Chinese).

Guided tours are also offered to individual visitors (see HOURS & PRICES).

Dogs are welcome at L'Islette. However, dogs must be kept on a lead at all times in the park. Only small dogs are allowed into the Château and must be carried in a basket or in their owner's arms.

Covid-19 information

As part of the fight against Covid-19, we have put in place a system to welcome you in the best health conditions and ensure both your safety and that of people working at Islette.

We therefore thank you for already taking note of these various measures which you will want to respect once on site:

– Throughout your visit, be sure to respect barrier gestures and the principle of physical distancing of one meter;

– Wearing a mask is compulsory both indoors and outdoors for anyone aged 11 and over and strongly recommended for ages 6 and up. Remember to bring one;

– Choose to purchase your ticket on our online ticket office. This e-ticket does not constitute a skip-the-line ticket but allows you to limit contact with reception staff and other visitors;

– Promote payment by contactless bank card at the ticket office and in stores;

– Hydroalcoholic gel is available at the entrance to the ticket office and the store. Please use it before entering;

– We recommend that you download, activate and use the “Tous Antocovid” application.
